Blacklands Way.Amateur ad hoc unsanctioned 'Halloween'displays protruding into Road

Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 10:40, Saturday 26 October 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Several ad hoc 'Halloween'displays peppering Blacklands Way present a collision hazard to pedestrians at night on grass verges adjoining the pavments, also for example some 7-8' long broomsticks have been ziplocked at 45o to lamposts sticking out into cyclists faces etc. The whole display is in very poor taste being at a point midway between Abingdon Hospital and Spring Road cemetry where greaving loved ones visit on a daily basis. The tasteless displays of skeletons,'gravestones',and horror with occult themes is both distressing and disturbing.
