Iron Parking Bollards protruding at 45o into pedestrians

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

These iron bollard chains have been pushed by reversing cars into the path of passing pedestrians on the pavment The whole frontage generally is also very unkempt and scruffy with dirst rubbish litter and weeds.
