Blocked drain on road adjacent to 9/11 Conduit Hill Rise, OX9 2EJ. Drain is on the RHS going up Conduit Hill Rise. Water level is right up to the top of the grid. It is understood that the problem may have existed for some time and that previous attempts to remedy the problem have failed, but this is only hearsay..
