PLEASE NOTE that we are having to re-report this. On our previous report (FMS ref 6612446) you have stated that the issue has been fixed, when in fact no action has been taken.

A resident has made a complaint regarding the light pollution from two lamps. They were replaced from dimmer lights roughly a year ago now, and have caused the resident problems ever since. They have requested that shades be placed on the lamps. We ask that you provide an update to us via email so that we can keep the resident informed.
