  • Thank you for proactively bringing the drainage issue at Gatehampton Road to our attention. Your vigilance helps us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that the ward of Goring is scheduled for gully emptying in the fourth quarter of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe. Your report has been closed, and we are dedicated to taking the necessary actions promptly to address the issue. However this area is at a low point in the road where the water collects and nothing to do with the new dropped kerb. This area will be monitored during routine inspections.
