Blocked drain?
Reported via desktop in the Blocked Drain / Gully category anonymously at 12:44, Tuesday 22 October 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
There is standing water at this location - possibly due to a blocked drain. Usually the water level drops after a couple of days, but it has not gone anywhere this time. Can this be looked into?

The water is still there on 30th October and continues to block the road

The road has been flooded since 23 Sep and has been reported several times but nothing has been done. The water is too deep for many cars to safely drive through and Hollow Road is too narrow for wide cars and emergency vehicles to use the eastern exit because of cars parked outside houses. Can you please explain why nothing has been done.

Here we are 5 November and the gullies outside Holy House Hollow Road is still blocked since September. The amount of standing water is going to destroy the tarmac This is not acceptable

This is now totally unacceptable, no progress reports or repairs On the 11 November Hollow Road was totally blocked. The flood water at one end and an ambulance at the other for over an hour
