I live in 11 Ockley Brook, Didcot. Last week the street light at the front of my house was replaced and the work was not satisfactory. Turf that I had replaced two years ago was removed to enable the new light to be put in the ground, the turf was put back on top of my lawn and left very untidy. The lamp was set in concrete which is very high from the ground. I'm very unhappy about the way this has been left. I doubt if anything can be done about this but I just wanted to express my disappointment that my front lawn has been left so untidy.

  • I am updating old reports and found this one. Whilst I am sorry that you were not happy with the installation of the light there is, as you say little that can be done at this point. I will pass on your comments to the installation contractor.
