Mud, large stones and potholes

Due to Quarry there's MUD and SRONES 24hours, and nobody cleans the the road, every now and then they will do it, when reported but after they go into usual habit of not cleaning the road. Something needs to be done, also fast cars lorry and tractors zooming.
