Small sink hole with 2 openings

1 opening in the tarmac is about 150mm x 70mm with approx 200mm deep (but didn't explore that). 1 opening in the grass about 400mm away from the tarmac hole. Look like they might be connected. Potential for serious injury due to foot and possible leg dropping into the holes. Have noticed it a few weeks ago but feel it has got more obvious. Concern of sink hole may collapse.
