Crumbling road surface

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The northern side of the lower half of St Marks Road is crumbling, not so the southern side. It appears to be poor and inconsistent workmanship by the contractors, is there not a case to be made for action to be made to force the contractors to redo the whole surface?
