The road constantly has water running down

This road has been like this for over a year and in effect has and is breaking down the road surface, which in turn makes it dangerous for drivers and pedestrians as there is no foot path here especially as the road narrows at this point so traffic needs to give way

Please can this be sorted soon before there is a serious accident
