Bad flooding

Have reported over 20 times this year and nothing has been done pavements are not passable flooding so bad cannot drive my car through without causing damage please can someone come and unblock drains and remove water

You came to fix problem over the last 2 days but today it is flooded again so obviously repairs done did not work please can you look in to this asap
