Almost permanent flooding opposite entrance to number 22 Preston crowmarsh

There is a ditch alongside the road that is supposed to drain out into the Benson Brook / Ewelme Brook. There is a pipe that runs under the "Track" (shown on the map) but this has not been cleared for several years. As a result, the water runs OUT of the ditch, and across the road into a drain the other side. The water then conceals potholes that appear to be caused by the water. The pipe under the Track needs to be cleared.
