Weeds blocking drains and down roadside

Looks like weeds have been removed or sprayed from Tesco to dukes meadow roundabout and not up the southam road all drains are blocked and filled with tall weeds this has been reported loads of times on fix my street and nothing has been done also grass needs mowing.
