Monstrous leylandii's causing obstruction to pavement and highway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later
As you enter West Chiltern, there are a number of monstrous leylandii's on the left hand side highway verge, and next to the pavement. There has been some trimming of the Leylandii as a result of a residents work, to try and make a clearer pavement for people to walk along. However, much more is needed, especially to meet the required 2.4 meter clearance height for above pavements and 5.5m clearance above the road. Please PLEASE can these monstrous leylandii be cut back so not only can the street light can be seen and benefitted from, but the pavement is clear from branches for pedestrians and helps prevent deterioration of the pavement as they have grown so tall, the lower branches do experience some shedding. Cut back enough so that they don't grown to cause the same obstructions within a few months would also be appreciated. Thank you.
