Uneven road surface in cycle lane

Reported via mobile in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 14:03, Tue 15 October 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Along this part of the road the tarmac stops short of the kerb, in the middle of the double yellow lines - so quite far out. Today, while cycling along there my wheel caught the edge of this and caused me to fall off my bike. I am ok, apart from bruised, but it could have been much more serious had a car been directly behind me. The current condition of the road does not make it suitable for cycling, unless, as in other places in Oxford, the whole lane of Hollow Way is designated for bikes.
