I have spoken with the Highways Dept and I have been advised to raise this issue on this site as she believes the tree to be on Higheays land.

The tree is disrupting the driveway over quite a large area and the nearby boundary wall quite badly. It’s always been a nuisance as it blocks our exit onto the road but now its causing major structural damage to house numbers 16 and 18 St Anne’s Court. It’s become very bad. The wall used to be covered in ivy so wasn’t so noticeable. Thanking you in anticipation.
