  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are legally obligated to properly maintain vegetation on their property that is next to the public highway. If the vegetation affects the safety of highway users, it becomes their responsibility. A notice has been now sent to the household requesting cut back of vegetation obstructing the footway.
