Blocked outflow of storm water pipe

Reported via desktop in the Blocked Drain / Gully category anonymously at 13:11, Mon 14 October 2024

The outflow of the storm water pipe is NOT on private land - it is on a public track / bridleway and feeds into a culvert that the Clifton Thames Water Sewerage Treatment Plant also feeds into. Historically OCC and TW maintain between them.
