Overgrown waterway and rubbish across it

The waterway alongside the footbridge and path between Ducklington and A40 underpass. One section of waterway is completely overgrown right across and covering quite an area. There is also a lot of rubbish in amongst all this. It all needs clearing!!! It has been getting worse.
