Obstruction of highway by parked vehicles causing waste collection vehicles to drive over and damage highway verge and pavement.

Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 13:26, Friday 11 October 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Vehicles are parking partly on the highway and partly on the highway verge alongside 10 Coromandel. This obstructs the only vehicular access to 35 properties and causes waste collection vehicles to drive over and damage the verge and pavement alongside 8 Coromandel. This spreads mud onto the carriageway and pavement, creating a trip hazard for pedestrians and also looks unsightly. Because this problem has been occurring for years, the state of this area is deteriorating badly. Current offending vehicles are registrations HW70 0TL and KK08 FHP.
