Pothole potentially developing around service cover on Radley Road, adjacent to Radley Road/Audlett Drive/Twelveacre Drive Roundabout

When turning left from Twelve Acre Drive in Abingdon, along the Radley Road towards Radley, there is what appears to be a service cover/grid in the middle of the road. The area around this is depressed, and it appears to be a developing pothole. It's hard to assess due to its location on a bend, immediately off a roundabout. Needs assessment please! Photos are difficult to get due to location. Sorry.
