URGENT 6561252 Mrs Pauline McTimoney Daw is 79 and vulnerable to falling on the build up of mud and slippery moss and algae resulting from the water runoff from the road and footway. 1 Please raise the footpath by the drive to end run off. 2 Please remove the build up of mud on the drive and parking area promptly. 3 Please pass photos to surveyor 6561252who will visit site 4 recent work on the footpath has created pooling that will freeze and create a slip hazard on the footpath - please remedy

Land Drainage Engineer of Vale of White Horse confirms as mud is not coming from a field but from a highway it is for Oxfordshire County Council Highways Department to fix this dangerous and urgent problem,
