Moorfield Park Sports Pitch Light Wrongly Timed

I recently reported this issue and after two days you changed its status to "Fixed".
It has not been fixed. So I am reporting it again and will continue to do so until you find someone reputable to do something about it.
And please ensure whoever you task with fixing this reads the following slowly and carefully. I remind you that the light was working perfectly until you despatched someone in the middle of last summer to mess it up unnecessarily.
The all-weather sports pitch in Moorfield Park is served by two floodlights (not street lights), one at its southern end (next to the childrens' play area), and one at its northern end (next to the footpath).
See attached photographs showing the light not illuminated. There was a young man using the pitch when I took these photographs. He was restricted to playing at the southern end because of this defective light.
Both lights were working perfectly until 27th July this year, when, at approximately 14:00, a contractor wearing an orange bib turned up and adjusted the northern-end light for no good reason whatsoever.
Since this "adjustment" and all summer, this particular light has switched on at around 23:00 or later, if at all, and somewhat randomly or not at all.
The light at the southern end is working perfectly and is acceptably well timed for the coming darker nights. It does not need any attention.
With that in mind, could you please arrange for someone to reset the timing of the northern end light (ONLY) such that it switches on at 17:00 and off at midnight.
This will provide appropriate lighting for the children and young adults who actively use the pitch during the dark winter evenings.

We have looked at this issue and can see that lights 6, 7 and 8 are assets belonging to Banbury Town Council. OCC are not currently responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of these assets.
