Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later

BT contracted turned up this morning and started to dig the road up for a electric cable to the master at hale farm. I have had no notification of this works. They have left to road in a complete mess. We now have huge puddles encroaching house driveways. The road is copletely full if mud. They only back filled with very wet soil. This will sink and cars will not be able to access our homes. Everything is o wrong with these works.
