23 Cornwallis Rd - At least 50% of the footway is obstructed by this overgrowing hedge, part on a corner #- pedestrians cannot pass in either direction without stepping into channel/carriageway - highway safety risk, particularly as well used road to/from schools.

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety.
