The culvert taking the water course under the B4000 is blocked under the road and causing upstream flooding of the adjacent properties. The blockage is recent and is becoming critical with the current heavy rain

  • The situation with the culvert is worsening with the heavy rain. The flood levels are increasing with potential to damage the garden and for the waterway to be blocked by a landslip. The flow through the culvert needs to restored as a matter of urgency. Please provide a date for investigation and repair. Thanks

We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Watchfield and Shrivenham is scheduled for gully emptying in the first/second/third/four quarter of this financial year (Months). All Highway Surface Water Assets in the area are planned to be thoroughly cleansed within this timeframe.
