Lamppost mounted speed limit sign defaced

As the picture will show you - the speed limit sign has been defaced so only the ‘0’ is visible. Is this deliberate because the sign is being changed from 30 to 20 or was it a new 20 sign which has been defaced ?

  • Thank you for your report. The signs are spray painted by the team as they are not yet in place. They will be cleaned off when speed limit is in place
