Deep pothole 2 car lengths back from junction

There is a fairly deep pothole on the nearside carriage way heading north, roughly two car lengths back from the traffic light stop line at the junction with the Heyford Hill roundabout. It is on the normal driving line approaching the junction, cars have to swerve to avoid hitting it with their nearside wheels, and it looks likely to deteriorate quickly.
