Growth of hedges on the A44 between Churchill Gate and Cadogan Park is causing an obstruction and narrowing the pavement causing pedestrians to walk on the kerb of the very busy and dangerous A44.narrowing

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 12:35, Sun 6 October 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

The hedges on the A44 between Churchill Gate and Cadogan Park in OX20 are obstructing the very narrow pavement. This forces pedestrians to walk closer to the kerb and the very haavy traffic and large commercial vehicles using the A44 come very close to the kerb. This represents a serious safety hazard. The hedges need to be cut back as a matter of urgency.
