Large tree growing besides safety barrier opposite entrance to Peachcroft Farm

This tree is completely obscuring vision both ways as it is growing out of the kerb and through the safety barrier, it needs removing urgently. It’s also now extending out into the road! This is opposite the entrance to Peachcroft Farm
