Hedge is impeding pedestrian passage on pavement and visibility of oncoming traffic

The hedges outside number 18 and number 12 Whites Lane are encroaching significantly onto the pavement and impeding pedestrians. They are also dangerously restricting visibility for cars pulling in and out of driveways nearby onto a busy road with fast oncoming traffic.
