Wooden post and rail fence has fallen apart
Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category by Frank Farquharson at 15:18, Fri 4 October 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 7 minutes later
I reported that the post and rail fence alongside the Rene Brogan Path where it borders Millar Lane in was falling down. Part of it now has fallen down and other lengths are on their last legs. I and others footpath users believe that the fence should be replaced as it is clearly unsafe.

I reported that the fence between Millar Close and Rene Brogan path at its junction with Westfield Road had fallen down. Subsequently with the Benson Parish Clerk's agreement I dismantled the unsafe fence and stacked it alongside the path. This has subsequently been removed, possibly by someone with an ope fire or wood burner stove. Can this fence be replaced please?
