Street lights not working

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Street lights PL1, pl3 and PL4 are not working in the service road behind the flats, NOT on the Banbury Road. I have already reported it and it says it's been fixed, but still not working. We only have 2 lights working out of 5.
