Dirt all over road

Hi
Builders have started work next to 75 honey lane. They have dug all the bank away and their grab loaders are covering the road from honey lane to papist road in thick lumps of mud. Which is now turning into a mud river.
The school bus stops there and the kids need to walk through it to get home. It’s a right mess.
The builders have made no attempt to clean up today so bringing this to your attention
Regards Paul

Now the rain has washed most of the mud away and left the road covered in stones which the cars are flicking them up when they drive over them. The picture dosnt do it any justice it’s a lot worse than it looks in the picture.

This was caused by a dumper truck driving up and down a private right of access that leads onto Papist way between numbers 59 and 65. The builder was accessing the back of the new build over 75 Honey Lanes land and driving out into Papist Way and onto Honey Lane. The use of this private shared access wasn't in the planning consent as far as I am aware. The contractors have also damaged the bank on the lane.

They are still leaving dirt all over the road today even though I told them they no longer have access to the track but they are still using it and making a mess in the streets.
