Car obstructing pathway on a lay-by

Car has been obstructing the path at the A4074 lay-by since at least 28/09/24. There’s no other accessible way to get on to berinsfield village from this bus stop if you’ve got a pushchair, wheelchair or mobility scooter without going on the lay-by road which isn’t safe, not to mention there’s no drop curb so anyone with a wheelchair or mobility will really struggle.
