The Drain cover has sunk into the road

The Drain cover in the middle of the entrance to the Marlborough school Woodstock has sunk into the road. It is getting worse worse and has grown over time since early March. Tarmac is starting to break away from the road and recent flooding has helped to worsen the issue.
