Temporary traffic signals have disappeared

There are still lights on the Botley side of the Osney Bridge but the lights and signal near the station have disappeared. It's incredibly dangerous especially for cyclists trying to cross the bridge with no idea if they will meet traffic coming the other way headlong. And I thought the situation couldn't get any worse...
