Road resurfacing

The contractors have just completed resurfacing my road. At the end of my drive,21 Miller Road, Banbury OX16 0QX there is an uneven surface and a large puddle, I pointed it out to them and was told we are not supposed to be working in the rain and they did not see a problem. They have now left. ANOTHER POTHOLE WHICH WILL NEED REPAIRING IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
