Road with multiple potholes and eroded surface

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 08:29, Tue 1 October 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

This stretch of road is a hazard to traffic, particularly cycles. There are multiple potholes, which cannot be seen after rain because of the inadequate road drainage. Between the potholes the road has lots of mud and gravel. This makes it difficult to avoid the potholes at all times, and almost impossible after rain.

  • This was reported last October. The report described the location as a road - and according to the map it is indeed a road. But this and many other roads must have been redesignated as farm tracks, since there is very little tarmac in evidence. Yet another ‘road’ that one cannot safely drive or cycle along.
