Could you confirm if this barbers has permission to have a table outside it for smoking and these signs? It’s incredibly antisocial behaviour and very unsightly.

  • Thank you for your report. I believe they are allowed 1 A board sign as pictured but the table and chairs they don't have a permit for however I can't enforce anything as the table and chair is not used for business such as a restaurant
