New water discharge on road improvement

Thw surface water from the new drains on the a44 are being discharged into a brook that ends at the rail culvert behind stonehouse farm. It cannot cope with the water and it has flooded the stream, stonehouse farm, and Minnis Farm. This is a new phenomenon, as the floodwater ingress uas always been from the southerly edge of our land, (experienced over the last 24 years)but never flooded our garden, or paddock, nor has the stream had so much water to cope with. The effect is my sewage plant is getting flooded, the sump pump cannot cope and we are at the stage of pumping untreated sewage. The high water levels have breached the water course near by, and we are concerned there is a risk of an environmental disaster. I have also e mailed andy warren who headed the a44 improvemnet scheme in the hope of a response
