Light 9 still not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

OCC Reported that Light 9 was fixed -IT HAS NOT BEEN AND DOES NOT WORK. Same as previously reported for Light 8 - over 6 months now. Keeps happening: reported by public, told fixed, but nothing has happened
