Blocked road gulley

Road gulley on western side of A417 is completely full of silt. water therefore continues to flow down the carriageway to the gulley outside the pub which is also blocked (just reported). During heavy rain water flows across the road and inundates the Prospect Road gullies causing flooding in the gardens and garages of the first 4 properties along Prospect Road
