Blocked road gulley

Gulley full of silt, standing water around it causing water being spayed over the footpath when cars drive past. During the recent heavy rainfall water flowed across the road and inundated the Prospect Road gullies causeing water to back up and flow down the driveways of the first 3 properties in Prospect Road
