The torrential rain has washed silt off the field onto a length of the only roadside footpath out of the village making it all but impossible to reach the bus stop on the main road A4260. This path is used by a lady with a severely disabled son in a wheelchair. Understand the rain has left you stretched but if you can act reasonably quickly please
