Dangerous overgrown thorny hedge in School Court, Jericho OX26AP. The hedge is extremely thorny and of risk to vulnerable council tenants and other residents. There are also two Thames Water meters hidden by the hedge for two council tenants in the bungalows - the Thames Water cannot read the meters so the council tenants are only getting estimated bills. You need to prune the hedge back properly and clear the area to expose the two water meters.
