Bushes taking up 75% of the footpath

Bushes have overgrown onto the footpath which means anyone with a pram or wheelchair will have to get into the road. Report back in June with no reply or action. If these bushes are not trimmed back to the edge of the footpath someone could be hit by a car or lorry as they have to get on to the road to get through
