Kinecroft Park Footpaths - IN THE PARK

In the Kinecroft Park itself , footpath leading to high street and croft road, the drains are blocked and in heavy rain this is over the path making it saturatingly difficult for people to walk across. This park seems to have issues with water being collected across the footpaths consistently now, and whilst its being reported no action is being taken. Elderly, Disabled Young families need to be able to walk through the footpath without having to wade through or wear wellies. Please look into,
