Road flooded on North side - A4095 - between Cassington Rd junction & Bladon 20mph sign. Although plenty of standing water all through Hanborough, it is still passable sensibly. The traffic waiting on the Bladon side = 1.25km - waiting on the Hanborough side was approx 4.5km. The carriageway + half the oncoming roadway also was flooded for approximately 50m this morning. Please check for any alternatives for drainage as large puddle here is common, however this was extreme. If known about prior to 7am, may I suggest a temporary large water pump would have been effective within half hour & restored travel times to normal very quickly for the rush hour. Thank you.

Still flooded. Getting worse. Water high enough to reach the bonnet on a hatchback/small car

The flood has now reseeded. However area needs a 'sweeper' to collect debris of gravel /etc deposited across the carriageway. (non-urgent)
Thanks.
